Our commitment to provide the highest quality produce to our restaurant and institutional partners start with;
- 25,000 sq. ft. Office / Warehouse facility with 10,000 sq. ft. of refrigerated coolers designed to meet our health and Safety standards. Entrée computer software specifically tailored for the foodservice distribution industry to purchase / receive / generate pick tickets / invoice orders. We have the ability to generate purchase history reporting for our restaurant partners.
- A fleet of 25 company owned refrigerated trucks and a team of reliable drivers. We also provide a 2nd delivery run daily to provide additional service to those customers that may have an occasional unexpected influx of business or special circumstances that requires a 2nd delivery.
- HACCP Compliant warehouse operation, (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point) Cawoods has established a comprehensive HACCP- based food safety management program to ensure the quality and safety of the products we distribute. We consistently score in the mid 90’s on a 3rd party inspection process.
